Such music? can be seen, ipso facto, as an insidious instrument to force-feed religious Kool-Aid to whomever will listen. Maybe you feel you don't live a Christ-like life and evangelize with words, so being told you are pushing people away must feel like an attack on you as a person. I get that. It depends what you mean by "true Christians". Christ said that you are not of me unless you do my will. There might be? Catholics and even Protestants who are more "Christian" than many Orthodox. I'm quite sure God doesn't judge us on the basis of our creeds- important though they are- but on the basis of our love for him and for our neighbours.

I think it will. I believe that as long? as you are a good person and a believer of the faith God will give you a chance at Eternal Paradise. Even though God maybe a vengeful One, He is also a loving, understanding and forgiving One. But what I don't understand nowadays is that most American's Christians fear Islam and in most cases hate it because most are either to ignorant or hateful to understand what Islam represents to over 1/5th of the world's population.

If I wasn't a Christian or if I was looking for a religion I would have chosen Islam, but I am happy with my faith as a Christian. Even though many in my religion doesn't live up to what our Messiah did or stands for, I can only do my best to emulate him and worship our Heavenly father. Ich bin zwar kein Chrisst, sondern Moslem, muss ihnen aber dennoch recht geben. Leider ist die Tradition schon seit langem einen stetigen Wandel unterzogen. Wir sehen das auch im Islam. Wenn man den Menschen dann zur Rückbesinnung aufruft, wird er böse und möchte davon nichts mehr hören. Das Leben ist doch aber kurz? und er (der Mensch) begreift es nicht. Er will nur das Diesseits, jedoch das ewige beständige Leben im Jenseits lehnt er ab. Wie erbärmlich er doch ist.

Warum will dieser unglückliche Mensch immer alles verändern und umschmeißen . Stellen Sie sich vor , Sie kommen an Ihren Lieblingsort und Sie erkennen ihn kaum noch wieder? . IV) Geurteilt habe ich nicht , der Urteilsstil ist ein anderer , auch fehlt die Strafe . II) Einen oder DEN sog Wiedererkennungswert in der röm.-kath. Kirche gibt es nicht mehr . Wieder ein Ort weniger , bei dem man Altes , Vertrautes , Bewährtes , Verbindendes schon lange nicht mehr antrifft .? Das stößt ab - Alte wie auch Junge . Gerade Junge erfahren hier , daß auch hier alles einem sich abflfachenden Zeitgeist unterworfen und geopfert wird . Der gesamte Islam wie auch das Judentum machen diesen Neuerungswahn nicht mit - hier regt sich keiner auf ob derer Tradition .

Sei mir gegrüßt , smiley21200 I) Ehrlich , offen und hart antworte ich Dir . Der Mensch solle der Liturgie folgen , nicht die Liturgie dem Menschen (Joseph Ratzinger) ! Aber genau andersherum geht es heute . Ständig Anpassungen an unser krankes Leben heute , Änderungen , Weglassungen , laufend? einem Trend folgend , der sich totläuft und wieder alles geändert wird , weil ein neuer Trend auftaucht . Das frustriert immer mehr und alles wird immer profaner .
