If you lived in the Bay Area? in the 90's it was...Short cut for (Hell of a) "Hellva"...and I KNOW it was covered by Mouisette in the 90's when it came out. But, Morrisette was credited for the song but, Brooks cover was not as popular. I just thought it wasn't fair and I didn't like Morrisette back then either. JMO
